Want to change all the hydraulic oil on my 1999 takeuchi tb025.If I do it using the operators manual im not sure if its going to evacuate all the oil or just a portion of it.Can anyone tell me the best way to do this?any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
Unless your oil is contaminatated there's really no need to worry about emptying the system other than what you can drain from the tank. If your oil is contaminated or you just feel it needs flushing out, drain the tank and clean it, add in a sufficient quantity to operate of the cheapest hydraulic oil you can buy and then exercise all hydraulic funtions repeatedly for several minutes to heat and cycle the oil. Drain again, clean the tank, change the filters and fill with a good grade of hydraulic oil, AW32 probably, but check the manual.
