I acquired a CLARK GPS20, serial # gp138mb-0186-6647fa. The engine runs fine but no forward or reverse. Previous owner obviously tried to work on the shift valve as the gasket was missing and the valve components were installed in the incorrect order. I replaced the gasket and assembled in correct order, but still no forward/reverse. The inching valve piston is not stuck. The trans-axle has fluid. What should I check for next?
