i was working and got a beep and checking the codes and ive got 3. one thing says no active codes but the stored codes have 3 . which the first one is ( ECU 94.14 and it says fuel pressure sensor moderately low valve . 1 28.1 4 124.7 ) 2. is ECU 1569.31 engine protection derate see manual 1 28.1 . 4 124.7 3. is HCU 520849.03 float switch input out of range, high 1 29.9 . 11 63.3 . can some one tell me should i be worried or just not worry about it or load up and take it to jd its only got 124 hours on it. any advice would help thanks.
the first one is for your fuel rail pressure sensor. Either you have low pressure due to plugged filters or a plugged fuel tank breather,or the connector on the sensor is dirty/corroded> The first time the code was triggered was at 28.1 hours and the 4th and last time was at 124,7 hours (see how that works?) The derate code accompanies the fuel code and your float switch is probably unplugged.
hey thanks. i think i fixed it. replaced filters and cleared codes. i tried it for just a second. and now no codes came up. im gonna go work it for a while and give it a chance to work and see what happens. but thanks so much .
The float out of range code will come up if you hold the float trigger instead of just pushing forward to the stop and clicking it once.
