convert my cat teeth and shanks to case

I do not like the side pin shanks on my cat ex. my case dealer showed me some weld on nub shanks to convert over to case teeth. I guess you cut off the existing shank even with edge of bucket and weld these nubs on then boom your done. He swore by them. Any one ever use them? WS
