Looking to replace the battery in CT322. Any tips or steps that should be followed?
Nothing out of the ordinary. Just clean the terminals real good when you put the new one on. If you can I would have the boom raised with the locks on to make it a heck of a lot easier!! I would put a 925cc battery in her just to make it easier on everything and it will be a little longer before you have to replace it again!!
I like to run Optima batteries when I can, they have great vibration resistance, and they vent no gas which makes terminal cleaning, and no-starts due to corrosion a thing of the past. They are a little more money, but well worth it IMO.
