I'm working with a Cummins N14 STC engine, I've had done the top overhaul, changed head gaskets and put new inyectors, put new STC control valve, but the engine now it's not at idle rpm and keeps surging, when we engaged the transmisión and put some load he goes black smoke bad, bad, bad. When I losse the fuel line in top of the STC valve angine go stable and no surge but idle it's so high and can't put it down. What's going on here?
