D4-C Idler

I have a D4-C with 2065 hrs. The left front Idler bearing has failed, my question is should I just replace that side or do both now? Thanks

    Let me rephrase my question, Is front Idler failure a common problem with the D4-C ? Since there is no way to grease the Idler,s should I be expecting the other side to fail in the near future. Thanks

    No, that is a sealed bearing.
