D6C 10k what is this???

What is this on my injector pump??? It has claw makes from pliers it looks like!

    I think that used to be the hand priming pump? Knob is missing....

    This is what it should look like! Like Lantraxco says it's what left of your hand priming pump. Two versions available, original and the Cat Classic for about 1/2 the price. Note the item numbers are for internal parts of the pump and not the numbers shown in the upper picture.
