It's the dry clutch. Clutch is fine, good snap, but can't get clutch brake to slow down anything at all. Also when engaging pony to main engine i pull the pinion in, and when I pull clutch lever it starts going but if I pull all the way it stops rotating main engine, have to hold it part way in the sweet spot to keep it engaged? Any ideas
