the excavator's hydraulic pressures exceed 300 bar when trying to dig or track and it stalls the engine.
The engine shut off quit working at the same time as the stalling problem started. The excavator worked fine when they shut it off and when they started it the next day it had these problems.
Sounds like its electrical, unhook the battery cable for a minute or two maybe it will reset ,don't know anything about those machines, if it has any sensors on the pump like my 490e like a angle sensor it may be bad
Good day CooleyEquip The issue you describe is in our experience most probably an engine issue, hydraulics do not adjust on there own accord. Any smoke from the motor as it stalls? any fuel issues ?. For the pump to stick at max flow is very rare but that would be a probable to give such symptoms. If we can be of more help drop a line to us. Kind regards Uffex
