Hi to everyone, I have a Daewoo that started making alot of noise in the hydraulic pump only on some movents including in one track. When we move the right track it lacks power and pump starts making alot of noise. After visiting the machine at work I found the two wires that controls the solenoid ont the top of the pump cut off, we looked like it melted. I reconected the two wires but it didnt change anything. Maybe the solenoid on the top of the pun gone short circuit and melted the wire. Any ideas?
We mesured booth pump pressures, and one was unable to give enough pressure, only 100bar, we opened the pump and it was completly wasted. The pump has a daewoo tag, altough its a kawasaki pump copy,
Your pump needs to be rebuilt. We stock the repair parts. We also stock new complete pumps. Daewoo acquired Tong Myung in Korea. Tong Myung was authorized by Kawasaki to copy their pumps for the Korean market. Doosan Mottrol is new name of Tong Myung in Korea.
The mechanic that opened the pump told me that it could be a kawasaki pump, the steel quality looks like very weak, hitachi pumps use to make much more hours.
It's a Kawasaki K3V63DT series
