I took these pictures a few weeks ago while driving around... Seems this old grain elevator's days were up. The 892 did most of the demolizing, they used the Hitachi later on to topple the building... Seems they tore the center out of it and then nibbled away at the sides together until she came crashing down... Didn't see the crashing down part but it looks like it landed right upside down! Looking at the lot now you'd never tell anything ever stood there...

the toppling of that grain elevator looks awesome. anyone get a video of it. I wonder how old that thing is? It looks real old for sure. no match for that sweet looking 892 however.
