I have a 160c lc...starting from the beggining.....all hydraulic functions seemed a little weak and slow, finished job loaded on trailer, when unloading started miss tracking and swing was very slow.....took to deere they replaced a pump sensor and cleaned and replaced sensor/valve on pilot housing, (had machine for 8 days) worked better than ever.......5 days later out of the blue everything went slow and weak, all hydraulic functions and would barely track, deere came checked it out cleaned main releif valve and it worked fine, they said a little trash must have hung the valve open.......worked for 2 hours everything went slow again, I took out main relief cleaned put back in and worked fine.....this same cycle went on 4-5 times so i replaced main relief and that changed nothing. deere came back out.... had a little aluminum in pilot filter and pilot pressures and main pump pressures were all over the place, doing very eratic pressures......deere put new pump on yesterday, went to work this morning at 8am, at 9am everything went slow for about 1 minute and then went right back to working great....at 6pm this evening everything went slow and no power again.......i've spent about $16-17,000 dollars on this in the past 3 weeks and nothing is fixed....if anyone can help me it would be greatly, greatly appreciated!

Computer problems? Just a shot in the dark.
Sounds like you have something dying and spitting out junk. Aluminum junk would usually indicate a pilot pump. The dealer changed the pump but did they drain the hydraulic tank and clean the suction strainer?
What is that 160c if it were a hitachi ?

all fluid and filters were changed 3 times....
Sounds like pump control to me i think i would start with the sensor that fixed it the first time the 13 days.The fact the it goes and comes screams electrical (to me anyway)
it seen like electrical problem may the ground may be loose .or need to flush the set clean all value an sensor
Hammett, did you make any progress with you machine? Ive been having similar issues for a while and I am unsuccessfully solving it. I have a thread on here as well.
