Dozer Blade wont lift

a D4-7U Cat will raise the blade when first started but then drops and will not raise. Any ideas where to start looking for the problem?

    Plenty hyd oil ????Blocked hyd filter???

    Thank`s Motat It has plenty of hyd oil But I will check the hyd filter.

    If it has the #44 hydraulic control the filter is a by-pass type and would not cause that. Look into leaking cylinder seals or worn out pump, also proper viscosity hydraulic oil.
