Has anybody seen this or knows where its done?

We have some Kirow slagpotcarriers. But we dont use them for tipping because the skulls won't get out. We use Gantry cranes for emtying the slagpots. But i heard that there must be hydraulic modified frontshovel to do this but can't find anything on this..
