Lately I have been running in to a situation on the 04 to 06 International 7000 to 8000 series trucks with no start situations. Light on consol elect system fault. When scanning have no codes for engine, but all have some kind of ABS code, not always the same one. All fuzes and relays test good, can find no shorts or broken wires. Putting new batteries makes no difference, still get only around 10v on the fuel system circuits. International around here getting info is like pulling hens teeth. Is there some common problem I am not aware off. This is the 6th vehicle with same general problem.
