Couple months ago had trouble with the travel, found a broken spring in the travel reliefthought I had it fixed. Used it yesterday for the first time. Worked great for around an hour, shut it of for a couple minutes and come back and the thing would hardly move, all functions. Put a gauge on the pump and im lucky to get 2000 pounds out of it. Played with the reliefs and still couldn't get it to move . Im still leaning towards a relief. Anyone have any ideas?
All functions affected? Pump producing at least 2000 psi? I'm thinking not a relief valve problem as there are a number of relief valves throughout the system and that 2000 psi is enough pressure to produce movement, albeit maybe not at full power, but movement nonetheless. Just my guess you have a signal problem to main pump or problem in pilot circuit that's not allowing opening of control valves.
ive been playing with it and the dipper is still ok.i can still get 5000 plus pounds out of the dipper function and the swing. i put a gauge on the pilot pump and its putting right out 750 psi. im wondering if it may be a pump displacement solonoid
