ex200-3 blues :( won’t throttle up or turn on fuel to start

i have ex200-3 these are the symptoms: 1)motor won't throttle up ( although i had it throttle up for a split second while pressing buttons on the accelerator on the console but couldn't get it to repeat) 2)the engine stop control not responding(won't let engine start) unless bypassed (this problem started while diagnosing number one lol) i have done the following things to diagnose: -checked throttle cable moving functioning -checked fuses all had power except glowplug -comuters both have power and lights are flashing on both -ran dr zx on it came up with error 20 or 22? ec computer wiring and engine warm up button stuck on -looked at the wiring doesn't seem crispy or cracked - looked inside ec computer no signs of water damage ( back window broken) further notes Also i have done the following changed all hydraulic filters and cleaned out the fuel tanks banjo screen and new filters before i discovered that the engine stop control wasn't functioning lmao oops well honestly needed doing anyways. Any one with ideas what to check else? Does anyone have a wiring schematic for this machine ex200-3? Is there a way i can check the stepper motor and the engine stop manually to check function? Do the relays have anything to do with these functions? Is there any electrical meter kind of testing i can do? hunch: problem is between ec computer and ec motors
