wont shut of or throttle

I have a 220 PC Komatsu excavator. It starts right up but wont shut off and the throttle doesnt work. What's wrong? How do I fix it?

    check at the pump ….the linkage probably is worn to the point where it fell apart

    What Dash series is the machine? It makes a difference.

    Its working now. It had been sitting for a year anf the linkage was so gummed up it wouldnt work. A good cleaning and WD40 did the trick. So easy!
