Hello, Ive got a ** 60HX that id like to do some cosmetic work to.... and of course is hard to find anything. the Kobelco looks to me to have the same cab. Does anyone know if the doors and windows will fit either make? the previous owner bonded the glass to both the door and also the rear side glass. Id like to find the hardware to put it all back to the way it was originally. Thanks for any help
Have not ever heard of Kobelco taking over the original ** designs. I guess it's possible they got the rights after Tenneco/Case/Fermec got out of them.
Fermec did a deal with kobelco in 1994, machines were sold here in Canada and US as Kobelco TLK 760,860 960. I assume they were the identical machine to Fermec.
The Case dealer was selling Fermec for awhile but never saw any of the Kobelco branded machines. Be curious to know how many of the machines were actually sold under all the different brand names. It can't be a lot. From reading on here parts are a big problem.
it is a bit of a challenge. The Kobelco parts have different numbers for the most part.... but look the same. There maybe only minor changes. Maybe a wrecker will know what fits what.
