Hi. I´m pretty new to this fancy electrojoystick controls stuff. Does anyone know what this button on top of the left joystick does? Nothing in the owners manual about it!
Fermec 965. Hello. Do a search on Fermec 965 and you will find your answer, and it should be in the manual. This is the auxiliary hydraulics control. It is an option and can be used for everything from a hydraulic brush to a grapple and others. Do not operate this without hydraulic lines connected to something or a shunt. It has a locking position as well as a lockout. Terex now owns Fermec and the machine is still supported.
Ok, thanks. Can´t find any mention of this in the manual or search! Doesn´t seem connected to anything. There is a aux hydraulics left foot control. The extend a hoe is on the right and the aux is on the floor to the left. On the front loader there are some aux fittings and electronic hyd box that could be for a adjustable snow plow. This could possibly be for that.
Ice, The electrical diagram lists the left joystick buttons as 'S43 - Loader/Backhoes switch'. The right joystick buttons 'S42- Clam valve switch'. I'll try to post the schematic later. Still having scanner issues. Hope this helps.
