is it possible to find out if or what violations a company has received from osha/msha/tceq at a particular location? btw this is my property with a national company operating on it.
Well, I know MSHA violations are public record. It takes some digging but it's there on MSHA.GOV the others mentioned, I can't speak to. Good luck
Yes, OSHA and MSHA violation records and fine are all available to the public. Just go to their respective websites and search for their records.
