Good morning everyone, Does anyone know the direction of the flow of the transmission fluid on the 5500?? Since that pipe filter assembly that runs under the trans is no longer available, I am plumbing in a remote spin on filter and want to make sure I get the inlet right. I suspect it flows from the bottom outlet of the trans, thru the filter, then to the pump??? Thanks guys again!!!
I don't know about flow direction, but be sure you install a filter that is designed for a transmission and has a GPH that will be compatible with your trans.
