I'm confused about these 2 or 3 items. I replaced the Fuel Water Separator (part #156-1200). Is that the same thing as the "Fuel Filter" in the Maintenance Info on the machine's computer? I want to reset the hour indicator, but before I do, I want to be sure they are the same filter. I followed instructions on page 229 of the manual SEBU8746 under the heading Fuel System Primary Filter (Water Separator) Element - Replace. I also need to perform and reset the indicator on the computer for "Fuel Tank Filter." Is that performed under heading "Fuel Tank Cap and Strainer - Clean" on page 230 of SEBU8746-12? This is regarding a Cat 303.5, RKY1 up serial.

Yes. I would say yes to this one also. It's the only filter on the tank, even though it's really only a strainer/screen.
