I have a Galion 150f crane that has transmission problems, the trans works great all summer long but when winter comes and Temps fall below freezing the transmission won't work, you can feel it go in gear but it just slips. The filter is new and the pickup screen is clean, any one have ideas?
Are the shift linkages push pull cables? Or rods? Transmission fluid have moisture in it? Right fluid? I have a function push pull cable that freezes up in cold weather. Too thick of fluid or moisture in it will cause problems.
