Does anyone know what would cause the self leveling system to continuously pressurize and then directly unload repeatedly. I've checked pump pressure and confirmed 2800 psi but not getting any pressure at the test port on the oscillating manifold (300psi or less when manually operating the sequencing valve) the unloader valve or relief valve part# 37050gt seems fine but not sure what to look for any help would be much appreciated
