I have a GHEL CTL70 that has me stumped when i start it all the lights are stuck on, on the instrument panel and when you try and turn its like stuck in a slow low mode i can go back and forth fine but not side to side and i cant figure out why all the lights are stuck on maybe bad board?
Start simple, find and check your grounds, not having a good one can cause all sorts of grief. Pretty sure those are the same units as a Takeuchi TL140. I belive they also have some issues with relays located behind a kick panel where your heels sit, not 100% onthat though
My ctl70 has had a relay or two replaced but can't remember what issue it was. Might be worth asking a takeuchi service department if they had some ideas where to look. My dealer has gave me some tips before as they're always a month out
