Im just about to refit steering clutch/brake assembly on a D3b it is on dry linings. The job came about due to seized linkage within the housing. Should the pins at the ends of the band be lubed with anything, copper or white grease? Tia
clean up the pins and holes in the castings and use lots of never seize
