I am replacing bushings and pins and grease seals in a 624 John Deere Loader, When Removing Grease seals I noticed that the seals were facing with metal lip makin an L shape on the bushing and arm, and rubber seal facing outward, then when installing new ones, in the same manner, approached by boss about them facing in opposite direction metal making L away from bushing, and rubber sealing grease inward. I told him about the old ones and we are now trying to reach out to people we know and see what they have to say, any help?
Like they were, pointing outward to keep the dirt and water out.
