We're Arizona Hard Chrome, a small 65+ year old, family owned company who specializes in hard chrome plating, machining & precision grinding. We repair parts better than new! We can plate parts less than one square inch in size to as large as 12 feet long, 18 inch diameter and 1,000 pounds. We also service hydraulic cylinders; break down, seal replacement, rod repair, assembly & testing. We regularly repair bent, old and worn out cylinder rods. It is typically much cheaper for our customers than buying new! We also fabricate new rods from your samples or specifications, chrome & grind seal and bearing areas, steering shafts, input & output shafts, molds, electric armatures, any anything else that wears out under heavy use. What we do to repair worn parts is grind off all the junk. We get down far enough under to clean off all the damage areas like gouges and dings. We'll hard chrome plate oversize and then precision grind the part back down to specification. We'll ship your parts back with 5X the chrome thickness it had new from the factory. We warranty our chrome for 1 year too. Your parts will last much longer repaired than if you bought new replacements. We save you money! It's recycling your old parts, really. I know we are way out West, but we conveniently offer pick-up and delivery anywhere in the States. We also have some of the FASTEST turn around times in the industry.
