2014 takeuchi tl8 was throwing high hydraulic temp when cold. Changed sensor. Same thing. No way to read code on factory screen due to damage. I see reference to a service interlock bypass procedure . but no instruction in service manual. Everything worked fine but comp shuts it down after 10 minutes or so. Any clues? Way out in the country in Jamaica and need to move.
Check for correct hydraulic fluid and level, and check when hydraulic filter was last changed. Check to see if radiator level is good and fins are clean. Check for too much debris under the engine which helps with (space helps with cooling). Check fan belt tension, and fan. Check hydraulic cooling system and clean. These machine get dirty really easy and need major cleaning yearly. Integrated Cooling Module: The hydraulic oil cooler is part of a single, heavy-duty cooling module that sits side-by-side with the radiator. This configuration is designed to manage heat effectively during demanding operation. Ease of Maintenance: The entire cooling module is mounted on a heavy-duty rear door that swings out, allowing for convenient daily inspection, cleaning, and debris removal.
