I know this is a loaded question but I'm going to ask anyway. I found a painted d7h series 2 lgp. sn is 4fg. Over 16000 hrs. Its the hours i'm afraid of. Its a days drive away. What do i need to pay special attention to when i go inspect. Perhaps i should pay the local cat dealer to give it a once over. Ken
Hey watglen it would deffinetly not hurt to have cat go over the machine. 16,000 hrs is not too high compared to what i have seen. Check the motor, hyd pump, undercarriage for wear. I would pull the belly pans as well and have a look around. D7H are very nice machines. Where is the machine located? I am close to the Gta if you wanted someone to take a gander at it for you...
