hello ever one, would any one have a picture of a test harness - ST 1729 - to help dial in the sensor to the right voltage, or would you happen to witch wire i need to test the wire no. are 21-34-35 accord to the manual i have they also have them number 1-2-3- left to right, the drawing i have in the manual is not very good, and dose any one know what type of electrical connect that Hitachi uses on this machine ser no. 14C-83995
Thanks for the sn#, machine is EX200-3 . That test harness ST1729 allows to check the voltage when adjusting the DP, EC and A angle sensors. It is available from Deere or Hitachi as part # 4284347 . If you want to make you own test harness , part # 4456498 gets you a male and a female connector c/w terminals. The test harness isnt really necessary, just back probe connector terminals 2 and 3 . See screenshot below.
thank you for the info. i would rather buy one then make one, but got other connector that have been striped back right next to the connector that need to be fixed. could you confirm that all the relays behind the seat are the same like the wiper relay and the engine stop motor relay there was no relay in the engine stop relay when i got the machine and no engine stop relay on the machine
The 9 relays are the same part # 4251588 . See screenshot from parts catalog below. What other connectors do you want to replace ?
some of the ones that had been strip back to get read on and the other are one that some one cut right at the sender unit like hydraulic tank and a few others
If you are talking about the hydraulic tank oil level switch ,the male and female connector is part # 4456497 .
Thanks for all of your help i will most likely be back on once i try to get thing back to the way it was made
