Can't help with the RAL numbers, but I have had success shining up a small panel and taking it to a paint shop and getting it matched to that.
Hello there. Internet says that the most used in Hitachi are: RAL 1016 Sulfur yellow and RAL 1023 Traffic yellow. The officially registered in Japan color I have found is in RGB 215/105/60. Don't know about grey, though. Hope this helps.
