The engine is not the original. It’s an IH diesel. I do some retrofit with 12 volts glow plugs 2000 Volkswagen golf, and a homemade adaptor. It seems to work well All the electrical system is under reconstruction with a new dash and new gages for sure. However, I need your help to identify the engine. I’m searching for the right manual for proper engine oil, temperature of operation, etc ... According to my research, it would be an IH FD-123 which was on the Farmall tractor. I only have those numbers on the engine block. Does someone have a better idea? Thanks for your comments!
