So... because i didnt grow up around steam engines the world of construction is going to go up in smoke? Cool. Sounds like your stuck in the past, hope you have fun with that! But if for just a moment you could manage to come back to reality, its called evolution. Everything must evolve. YOU CAN NOT run a motor grader on every single job site across the globe until there is NO MORE work to be done with a grader. Somebody else will have to take your place because, like it or not, eventually you wont be able to crawl your self into a grader. As for women on the job site, that a bit sexist. Some of them are out to prove a point, and make them selves look like fools while endangering others. But on the other hand, some women are better operators. I have no issues with women operators, i dont see why you would either (unless it really is sexism) im not sure what your referring to as fairy's... But ok!!!! It seems you grew up around the world of graders and just guessing you have spent alot of years in the seat of one. Im curious how well you would handle an M-series blade. Probably not what you would expect. You would probably hate it for the sheer fact that it is "new age" yet almost every story i hear or read is operators getting in it, with some reserves and alot of doubts and in short time get right to finishing with it and they fall in love with the machine. Yet you being stuck in your ways would never accept that fact that the blade is generally superior to the H-class blades ( thats a hypothetical statement as i am truly unsure) But have fun hanging out in the 70's with all the other people that will do more damage to the industry then your doing good for it!!!!!!!!!! Glad i wont see you on any jobsite im ever on!
We had a discussion in the Mod's section about this thread, and the consensus was that it was sort of out of left field. The OP hasn't been back around the forums since around that time, so maybe it's best if we just let this proverbial sleeping dog lie.
