Take the track off Jack up machine until sprocket teeth clear rail. remove outside sprocket guard. remove bolts from sprocket use a big hammer to remove sprocket from hub
If its a 15 B or C the sprockets are a bolt on ring, you have to break the track and get the machine jacked up of the chain, once the rocket bolts are out best way is to have someone operating it in Lo gear and turn that sprocket slowly with the engine running while you belt the ring with a sledge hammer as it turns. It needs to come off evenly as it has locating dowels, wear safety glasses and watch for flying splinters. Puttting it back on is the same procedure.
