Can anyone tell me the difference between a Isuzu 6bb1 and 6bd1 ? Have a 6bb1 with hole in side of block that came out of kobelco excavator. Have found a 6bd1........block looks the same but pump and other external items are a little different. We would strip externals on old engine and install them on other (6bd1)block. The block casting # is 85216N on original motor. Thanks for any help.
