JCB extention problems

Thanks for the help everyone. Owner / operator of a JCB 535-125 Loadall. The booms are refusing to stay together. On extending, the 2nd boom is faster & the same when retracting. After a full cycle, the 3rd boom is sticking out 4 feet. I've changed all 4 valves in the regeneration block and the HBV balancing valve & the ram seals on the inner cylinder. Haven't rebuilt the outter ram yet, will this fix the problem? Up to now, nothing has helped. Im in west africa, so can't just call in a better mechanic. Please advise Jimi

Correction Just read my previous post & realized there was a mistake. After an extention / retraction cycle, it is the second boom that has 4 feet left out. The third boom retracts fully. Thanks for any suggestions.
