JD 310 Wont pull forward or reverse

I have a jd 310 that wont pull in forward or reverse, changed the park brake solenoid brake releases but have not juice to fnr. checked solenoids and they check ok. where does the power to fnr come from and how do i find it help?

    You need to tell us the year and model. Is it a 310D, E, G or J and what year is it?

    Its a jd310d not sure of the year model but this is the serial # TO310DA784791 if that helps.

    Can anyone tell me if the directional control valve can be removed with the reverser on the tractor.
