Jd 4050 won’t start after fuel filter replacement

Changed fuel filter on my 4050, it is the standard glass filter. Did the hand pump thing on the side of fuel pump. The glass filter is full but still won't fire. Any ideas?

    Did you pump and bleed all the air out ?
