JD 544B steering cylinder rebuild

Hey guys, can a steering cylinder on a 544 B be rebuilt ON the machine or is removal required?.....Asking for a friend, Ed

    I've resealed them with the barrel still on the machine on my 544G and 544J machines. I don't have a 544B.
