Hello, new to the forum and hoping someone out there can help me out. We purchased a good used 790 excavator recently and found that the pump seals had blow during its previous ownership. I had the seals replaced at a local shop and everything went great. Got home and hooked everything back up and everything works fine except the boom retract/in move a bit then stops as if you are trying to dig out a huge stump or something. When I tried adjusting the slow return I had to use a pipe wrench to turn it, is that normal? Any help is VERY much appreciated. I want to do as much as I can myself before calling the JD service techs to come fix it. Ian
