I have a 97 jd 850c. Long story short had a bunch of fire damage, replaced the rops harness, rebuilt tcm etc. Fixed all the codes that were showing and the dozer still won't move. hydrostatic speed sensor is new and backed out after bottoming out by half a turn. The power value is at 5.03v. The red to black wire has a high value of 4.73v which is correct but only has a low value of 285.1mv which is wrong. my question is the sensor finicky enough to need to be adjusted out of that half turn range to read properly. (Also reading the proper 14v to pin 17 to the cluster)
