i recently bought a 210c and noticed the hydraulic pump elaking fluoid out the nose of the pump. i got it removed and found it has a hairline crack on the mounting plate pump flange. i cant seem to find just parts for the pump only a replacement. it john deere part number at114133. its got a sauer danfoss tag but when i called them they werent able to give me any info on the pump. Is there somewhere to get parts and rebuilf kit for the pump without spending the 3500 to replace it?
Check with a hyd shop, the bigger the shop, the better
It looks like a very common mounting and a standard 13 spline shaft, so I'd bet you could find the mounting plate off a used pump to swap. I don't know that model of pump or how it runs, it looks like a second pump mounted on the nose, so it won't be easy to find a cheap common whole pump to replace it, but the front piece might be common to lots of pumps. That would be my first attempt anyway.
i found a number on the mounting plate that says 20160 and it has the sauer danfoss imprint on it. I cant seem to find anywhere that has that plate though. am i just looking at buying a new pump from JD or can i use a different pump possibly?
A 210 is not real common, so we might not have an answer here. What does the rest of the pump look like? JDparts shows it with a front pump section in addition to the main pump section, at least that's what it looks like to me.
I have found the part thanks to some help from a hydraulic shop in indianapolis and a seal kit allf or about 450 bucks. The number from the mounting plate does have multiple uses. I appreciate the help. Next question is how would i go about adding a grapple function to the hydraulics? its open center so i was told not to put a T. i need all the functions to work such as rolling the bucket while using grapple?
Do you have the part numbers for the seal to cross reference ? how about part numbers for the mounting flange? My pump is leaking also. its on a 210c as well.
Yeah it is stamped on the side of the mounting flange. i contacted nova hydraulics in Indianapolis. I will try to find the receipt with the numbers and post them
