http://www.deere.com/en_US/docs/construction/non_current_products/excavators/DKAX450CLC_0310.pdf Component Weights Undercarriage 30-in. (750 mm) triple semi-grouser shoes ...................................39,440 lb. (17 890 kg) 36-in. (900 mm) triple semi-grouser shoes ...................................40,895 lb. (8200 kg) So, 84-87K without the counterweight depending on the bits hanging off it. Basically a hitachi with a deere 6125 engine. I've been told the deere engine puts out a bit more power under heavy load and drinks a bit more fuel in return. I've never gotten any numbers, but i get the impression that it's not a huge difference on either count.

I love the 450clc. Just wish it had the d series cab. Its a good all-around hoe. Like 1ton said its got a 6125h. Big engine not really having to work offel hard.
