Have problem with tracking. Original code f382 replaced right speed sensor and reprogrammed controller. Then we get f372. Swapped sensors from side to side . We get sometimes f382 or f372. Went and got a new sensor again. Same scenario. Sometimes 382 or 272 Also sometime shift forward and instantly steers right and no codes come up.. Done all pinouts and voltage tests and everything checks out ok. Done wiggle tests to no avail. Usually after clearing codes it may go about 15 minutes before acting crazy. Am i reprogramming wrong or something else. Help
i know of a couple others that do it too, normally happens when cold....have done all the same stuff so if you get it figured out please post up the fix Pj
Are you calibrating the controller after replacing the sensors, also the adjustments are very sensitive, I've actually had to leave the gaurds off the sensors and over adjust them a few times, would mistrack when backing out to get the gaurds on, I've seen this alot. Also check the connectors for damage, on sensor harness, as well as connections to the solenoids on the pumps. Resistance checks are critical on these. We have 25 650h's they can be a pain.
25!! Nice. Thats a pretty good sized out fit you have there.
i would try the calibration again...if it lets you...if codes are active calibration will not accept... do you have access to Service Advisor? if so hook up to dozer and troubleshoot the codes correctly.....Good luck....
Thats just the 650's. We have way too many machines, and not enough techs, or actual operators, but we have lots of seat warmers, lol
