I am trying to help my friend who has a a Kalmar DC12-1200 forklift at the marina that he uses for moving boats. The rats have eaten some wires under the cab and not just a little, inches are missing on some. We have a parts catalog but it does not the electrical diagrams. Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding a drawing? The wires are only identified at each connector and not throughout there length. Thanks, Cam
We discovered that the wire numbers are I’d by connector number, and pin position in the connector. We used a tone tracer to find the end connectors of the broken wires and an ohm tester to identify the broken wire at the connector. We then spliced them back together and we are up and running again. Cam
