Kawasaki 65zv Governor

Hey guys, We've Had This Kawasaki 65ZV loader for about 2 years now. It's not a massive loader by any means but it is exceptionally Smooth in all ways, Brilliant in most ways infact...quite impressed by it actually considering i thought it'd be a piece of **** in comparison to something simular size like a 930 CAT. Anyway...The only thing that lets it down really is the hydraulics. It's got a 2.8m3 bucket and when you dive into a pile of relatively hard soil, rubble, whatever...Get a fair wack of material infront of you and it's like the hydraulic relief valve bypasses everything....My boss said, Rule of thump the thing should be able to lift the ass end off the ground if you've got way too much. however, It wouldn't even come close to doing that. You basically need to clutch it so the forward movement isn't being applied so the pressure comes off the front end so it starts to lift. General tasks like loading trucks, spreading material for building pads etc it's ideal. But eating at hard material it's useless..I'm just wondering, Since new it hasn't had the governor taken off the motor but the motor still rev's its guts out when working it hard. It's a 7 litre cummins Engine, it should have the power, Just feels like the hydraulics are being bypassed.... anyone have any ideas? Im sure i could adjust the relief valve to a higher pressure or even get the dealership back to have a sus but just thought i'd ask the question on here. Thanks guys. Ryan
