Can any help diagnose the machine draining the batteries while running? It has new 24 volt batteries installed. After running for 2 hours cpu light comes on and machine has trouble running.
Man I'm just guessing but IMHO I would say your charging system has a problem somewhere.
On the side of the alternator is a little wire, 14 or 16 ga. It hooks on with a blade connector. Check to see that it is tight, while your in there make sure you are getting good contact, scrape and clean. We had the same issue and thats what it ended up being.
Remove the covers behind the seat, I think the cpu is mounted there on this model. Wipe the dust off the screan and see if there is any codes displayed.
